Route 80 west to exit 34B, Route 15 North:
Take route 15 north to the second Sparta exit (Rte. 517, Sparta/Franklin). At the traffic light make a right turn (517 North). Continue for .7 of a mile taking the 2nd left (West Mountain Road). Go down the hill; school is on the left. The SHS track and field facility is across the road from the high school, two fields down the football field (park in the football field parking lot - on the right - and follow the cart path to the track. Cross country meets start from behind the high school.
From Route 15 South:
Route 15 south to Sparta exit (517). At the traffic light make a left turn (517 North). Continue for .9 of a mile taking the 3rd left (West Mountain Road). Go down the hill; school is on the left.
Route 287 South-Route 23 North:
To County Road 517 South (Landmark - Kelly Tire Service on left); Sign - "County Road 517 South, Ogdensburg, Sparta". Travel 4.3 miles on 517 South to West Mountain Road, turn right; Sparta High School entrance .3 miles on left.
STATION PARK: (The cross country course goes through parts of Station Park)

From Route 15 North:
Take 15 north to the intersection of routes15/206/565. (This is known as Ross' Corner) Make a right onto route 565. Travel 565 for approximately 6 miles to the first traffic light. Make a left onto route 628 and follow for 1 mile. Make a sharp left onto Pidgeon Hill Road. There is a sign on a pole in the grassy area that says, "High Point High School." The school is .3 miles on the left.
From Route 23 North:
Take Route 517 North to Ogdensburg. Take Route 23 north through the town of Hamburg towards the town of Sussex. Go through the 1st light (A&P Plaza), through the 2nd light (Baptist Church), and turn left to go around the Gulf Gas Station. At the 3rd light go straight (not on route 23) & go past the Sussex Airport on the left. At the next traffic light make a right onto route 628. Travel for 1 mile & make a sharp left onto Pidgeon Hill Road. The school is .3 miles on the left.

From Route 605 (Sparta Stanhope Road):
Take Rt 605 Sparta - Stanhope Road to end in Stanhope. Just past Lenape Valley High School) Turn left at Stop sign onto Route 602 East Brooklyn-Stanhope Road. Proceed on Route 602 East Brooklyn-Stanhope Road .7 miles to Flora Avenue. Make left onto Flora Avenue and travel to Stop sign (approx. 1 1/2 miles) to Durban Avenue. Make right onto Durban Avenue. Proceed one block and make right onto Windsor Avenue up to High School.
Hopatcong Civic Center: (Cross Country)
Take Rt 605 Sparta - Stanhope Road to end in Stanhope. Just past Lenape Valley High School) Turn left at Stop sign onto Route 602 East Brooklyn-Stanhope Road. Take Rte 602 East Brooklyn-Stanhope Rd to end at traffic light. Turn left onto Lakeside Boulevard. Proceed up hill on Lakeside Boulevard to the Hopatcong Civic Center on the left (look for a sign on the right that says CIVIC CENTER. Make left and follow road to top of hill).

From Route 15 South:
Take Route 15 South. Look for signs for Milton, Oak Ridge, Weldon Road. Go under overpass, bear right following ramp onto Weldon Road. Weldon Road is very winding & hilly. Exercise caution. When you have traveled on Weldon Road 5.1 miles, you will pass the Jefferson Twp. Middle School. The High School will be immediately on the right.

From Route 206 - Follow 206 North to Newton. In the center of town take a left at light. Continue to next light and take a left (Hayek's Market). Continue on this road, which is Rt. 519 through 2 lights. At the 3rd light, turn left onto Rt. 626 and travel on, crossing 2 one-lane bridges. After second bridge travel about 1/4 mile. Kittatinny is on the right. Signs are at the entrance. Gym and parking lot is in the back.
From Route 80 - Take Rt. 80 west to Rt. 15 North exit. Proceed 14 miles on the divided highway. This then becomes a 2-lane road. Continue for 3 to 4 miles. Take a left at the light onto Rt. 94 South. (Signs to Newton). At the intersection, (Rt. 206) take a right. Then take the first left onto Rt. 626. (This is by the Agway Gas Station). Stay on 626 through light. Travel over 2 one-lane bridges. Kittatinny is about 1/4 mile after crossing 2nd bridge on the right.

Take Sparta - Stanhope Road (Rte. 605) past Helen Morgan School. Continue on Stanhope Road through red blinking light, go past the County Library. Proceed over one lane bridge. Lenape Valley Regional High School is on right.

Route 616: Take the Newton-Sparta Road into the town of Newton. Follow three-quarters around the square to the traffic light (car dealership will be in front of you). Turn right onto rt. 206. Continue on 206 until you see Iliff-Ruggiero Funeral Home on left. Continue straight ahead on Ryerson Ave.; school is on the right.
Abbey - Cross Country
Meets are held at St. Paul's Abbey in Andover, south of Newton. From Newton Center take Rte. 206 South around the Square. 206 South goes to the right at the first traffic light on the Square. Follow 206S to a blinking traffic light, bear right and continue on 206S past a restaurant, a farm stand (on the right) and the Abbey Bookstore about a mile further, on the left. The XC meets are at the next driveway after the Abbey Bookstore.

From the South:
Take Route 80 West or East to Route 15 North (Jefferson-Sparta). Take Route 15 North six or seven miles. Take the second Sparta exit Route 517\Franklin. At the light go left. Go to the third light and take a left onto Andover Road, Route 517. The school is on the left. The track is behind the school on the left side of the road.
From the North:
Take Rt. 15 South to Sparta exit Route 517/Franklin. Go right to second light, turn left onto Andover Road, Route 517. The school is on the left.The track is behind the school on the left side of the road.
Abbey - Cross Country

Take Route 517 North through Ogdensburg to Route 23 North. Turn left onto Route 23 North. Follow Route 23 north to Route 94 north in the center of Hamburg. Turn right at the traffic light onto Route 94 north. At light in McAfee go straight up the hill towards Glenwood. This is 517 North. You will pass Legends Resort on your right. Turn left at the Drew Mountain Mobil Station, which is Route 641. You are now on Drew Mountain Road. At the stop sign, turn right onto Route 565. Vernon High School is 3 miles on the right.
